Ok guys, I have updated the mod with the new Admiral's Formal Dress. The new file also contains the female arm fix, so all you need is the 1.1 version. Thank you all for your support.

Missing arm should be fixed with the new patch! Just replace the old files with the new ones, thanks to Andis for the working mesh!
What is it?
A re-texture of the Enclave uniform and Oliver's hat.

Someone reported that the uniforms glitch when you are using it with the pipboy readius. If screenshots are provided of the problem I may be able to help depending on what kind of issue it is.
