---Intro

This mod adds an upgradeable house to Goodsprings.
Upgrades for the house can be bought from Chet in Goodsprings.
I made this mod mainly for myself and based somewhat on what I had already done, in a similar mod for FO3.
And like before, I also decided to share it with the community.

----Description

The house is right next to Doc Mitchell's house in Goodsprings. You will initially find the doors locked and a clue on how to find the key. Which you can use to later acquire the property.
After obtaining the house deed, you will be able to upgrade it with:

1.
A basement, that also adds 3 museums:
The Arms Museum, The Wax Museum and The Bobbleheads Museum, which you can lock/unlock depending on wether you are using, or not, a mod that adds back the already existing bobbleheads from FO3, to NV (I made this one because im using one of these mods).
-The Arms and Wax Museum stands will unlock as you play and meet certain requirements.
-The Bobblehead stands will have to be activated through the bobblehead display case, inside the bobblehead museum.

2.
A sorting machine that will sort and find almost all the vanilla items.
- Armors;
- Weapons;
- Food and Drinks;
- Meds;
- Chems;
- and Misc items/Parts.
I also tried my best to categorize the item sorting in the most practical way possible especially armors and weapons to make them as easily accessible as possibile after storing.

3.
4 different nuka vending machines for sale, that will turn regular nukas into:
- Ice-Cold Nukas
- Nukas Quantum
- Nukas Quartz
- and/or Nukas Victory

4, 5, 6, etc. :P.
And also a rechargeable chemistry set, a working snowglobe stand, and a couple of other surprises including a bar with a changeable pooltable and other interactive decorations like changeable posters, changeable lightinging, changeable flags and interactive fireplaces.

---Version

1.3
- Room markers have been added again. Problems with walls and objects not rendering correctly should be fixed. Let me know if ou have any problems with them.
Sorry for the time it took to fix these issues. A solution for the room markers problem, that was being caused by the Geck itself has only appeared recently.

1.2 - Small update to fullfill some simple requests.
- 3 More containers added to the room.
- Added the possibiity to enable/disable 6 more unsorted ammo boxes in the basement (NOTE: Do Not Disable The Boxes With Ammo In Them! Or it will be gone)
- Small fix to Chet's Dialogue. The money you spend buying upgrades should now be added to Chet's barter money.

1.1 - Fixed a misplaced wall in the bar and some small problems that were being caused by room markers.
Until bethesda fixes the GECK, you may notice some performance impact inside a couple of rooms of the house because 2 room markers that were giving problems had to be removed.

Initial Release - 1.0 WIP
Note: This is the initial release. Please let me know of any bugs you find.

----Incompatibilities

This mod shouldn't be incompatible with any other mods, unless the ones that modify the exterior area where the house is placed.

---F.A.Q

Q. The house doors are locked/I can't enter the house.
A. The house doors will initially be locked. You will find a small clue to where you can find the key, on the ground in front of the main door.

Q. There's no basement door/I can't find the door to the basement.
A. The door to the basement, like the sorting machine and the nuka-cola machines, will only appear after you buy them from Chet.

Q. I can't buy the items from Chet/Chet is not showing any dialogue options about the house.
A. Chet's dialogue options about the house will only be unlocked after you have the "Deed to the house" which can be found somewhere inside the house.

Q. Im seeying red exclamation marks everywhere I go.
A.First make sure you have taken your medication, and that you have no actual visual impediments :P. Then make sure all the mesh and texture files have been correctly placed in their respective folders in your FNV/Data folder.

Q. I'd rather that "this door/this museum stand/this wall/etc" was placed on another place instead of where it is.
A. I will take this type of requests in consideration but I will probably not make these changes without some other type of reason.

Q. I've noticed something wrong with the item's descriptions or I found a typo or a bug.
A. Please pm me the specific details about the problem you found.
