Basically this is a non-faction Great Khan simple armor, which is my favorite in game, except that one is a faction armor, and none too accepted faction at that!
This is my first ever mod, so hopefully it works as intended. Please let me know if there's any problem. Hopefully with a suggested solution as well!
A copy of this armor can be found inside the abandoned shack near Goodspring, between the Cemetery and the Yang Tze memorial (that cross-shaped thingy). It's on a table by the back corner. There's a few inside the Sunset Sarsaparilla Bottling Factory as well.
This fact has been added to the readme.txt (after all, it's rather important!) So that's the only change of the latest update.
