The Enclave Armor in my opinion looks much better than the Remnant version both in looks and in power (I haven't changed any of the current armor stats and the regular armor has a DP of 32 at best condition as opposed to 28 of the Remnant version). I felt really annoyed when the armor was taken out of the game because I was looking forward to using it in New Vegas.
Thankfully the files were in the default installation of Fallout New Vegas though it was unused. Now you can find both armor sets in a crate in the Remnants bunker. The crate should respawn periodically (I think).
