This mod re-adds the Reflex Sight Weapon Modification for the Service Rifle, a modification which was cut from the game but whose resources were left intact.
The current implementation of the mod simply adds the Reflex Sight and increases the zoom factor by a tiny amount when the modification is applied. The modification itself can be purchased from any vendor who sells other Service Rifle modifications, provided that luck-of-the-draw determines they have it in stock.
I had to guess on which scope HUD best fit the sight, since none of them were the standard "single laser dot" you get on things like the FN P90, etc. Ultimately I settled on the most simple one available; seemed logical, given what the Service Rifle is.
