Adds 3 Stealth boy like armor pieces that make you partly invisible like stealth boys when crouched/stealthed or whatever you want to call it

Found inside a old truck in Goodsprings

To try to keep it balanced the effect wears off when you enter combat and is weakened when moving ( makes no visual changes but PROBABLY makes a difference)

Has no effect when standing and dose not show on the body but takes up no armor slots (like wearing glasses in a helmet with the rebreather on)and is wearable with any equipment
----No future plans to add an 3rd person armor model or to learn how

Optional file
this is a version that companions can wear but takes up adon slot 3 witch may be used with other mods. The other versions did not take up any item slots witch is why companions wont wear them but is why it doesn't interfere with any other armor items.

INSTALL
un rar the file and move the esp to

C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\fallout new vegas\Data

unless you have the game installed in a different place/way

1. The spot right above pipboy flickers when stealthed in 3rd person
