UPDATE: Added a fix for the Keller/Contreras deal dialog
----------
A set of bugfixes targeting Camp McCarran. I realize this isn't complete, but it's late and something is better than nothing.

Currently, this fix addresses the following:

Daniel Contreras's dialogue has been gone over (briefly) to take out a few bugs. You will no longer ask him where you're supposed to meet Price BEFORE he has given you the quest. Also dialogue with him will no longer unexpectedly exit after you finish purchasing things from him.

Relating to Contreras, dialog with Keller (the contact at Miguel's pawn shop) has been adjusted to remove an erroneous "[PER/INT]" tag that seems to have been left in from early in the dev cycle, that makes you think you're passing a speech check when in fact you're failing it. It also alters the ''deal'' dialog with him so that the Barter check matches the one you have to pass to get Contreras to suggest the deal (70 instead of 80), and DOESN'T lead you to a situation where your only choice is to draw your weapon and kill him after proposing the deal.

Corporal William Farber's unmarked quests have been gone over with a fine-tooth comb:

-Fixing the Food Processor before talking to Farber will not stop you from getting a reward for fixing it.

-Fixing the Food Processor only requires 1 Pot, not "2 but it only takes 1".

-Ruby Nash and Fitz can be recruited to supply McCarran as intended.

-You can't keep telling Farber you've recruited Fitz over and over (thus lowering his prices to zero).

-Farber will actually take the Food Additive from you when you give it to him.

-Various dialogue options go away once they are no longer relevant, e.g. "where can I find parts to fix the food processor" doesn't show up after you've fixed it.

I realize there are many, many more fixes to be done. I'll get to them in time. Don't hesitate to make suggestions.
