The Courier's Abode is my first offering to the Nexus, and honestly I just started modding very recently.

I made this house for my own use, but it was suggested to me that I share it here.

THERE ARE TWO LOCATION CHOICES!

The first location of the house is located near the New Vegas Medical Clinic and has it's own map marker, so it's right in the midst of a lot of action. It is one of the trio of homes near the Clinic.

The second location is right next door to the Gun Runners kiosk so it doesn't even need a marker.

The house comes fully loaded with plenty of named storage, an infirmary, a chemistry set, both benches and a clean water valve and campfire out back. There is also an oven for those that have the mod that makes them usable.

Now, even though this house has everything you need all in one space, I feel like it really fits in with the NV wasteland. I wanted something for myself that wasn't an uber personal vault, a shoddy hotel room or a palatial casino suite. I feel like this is a modest house, neatly decorated and highly functional. No less, no more.

(There are a few magazines lying around that I placed for cosmetic purposes, and there be one bit of loot that isn't anything fancy, I assure you)

I would love feedback, especially because I am such a novice at all of this.
