Adds a Combat Helmet Mark 2 with a permanent nightvision effect when worn
into the game. You can purchase it at the NCR vendor at the 188 Trading Post.
Install
===============
1) Extract all files in the zip into your Fallout New Vegas\Data directory
2) Start the Launcher, click 'Data Files', Check the NV Combat Helmet.esp
3) Enjoy!
Uninstall
===============
Delete the following files from your Fallout New Vegas\Data directory:
NV Combat Helmet.esp
NV Helmet Read Me.txt

or computer system. If your computer gains sentience and tries to take over the world,
