You literally made history, if you are still alive, i hope you have a good life, as without you, there wouldn't be settlement building in Fallout 4, so thank you
I came here to say that 9 years ago I installed this mod, it was the first mod I ever installed. I am now 25 and have been modding games pretty much all this time, I was going to mod stuff anyway, I have just bought FNV on steam on my old crappy very much not gaming laptop that was already years out of date. But it ran FNV with mods, so I was happy. But I have learn so much about computer systems in this time, Christ it is my hobby now. I could do it for work but I don't wanna lose the fun. But that all started here, 9 years ago when I was 16 and trying out my favourite game on PC for the first time.
Also I never actually got the mod to work, I had no fucking clue what I was doing back then. Don't think I even learnt what 7zip was until I started modding fallout 4 years later. Still never actually played this mod or had it in game. But it is the very first mod I download so, here I am.
Possible compatibility issue: Freeside Open seems to make the Medic Tent plans unobtainable by moving the box you need to loot. The location it's supposed to be at in the Old Mormon Fort has nothing! Some kind of patch or advice to fix it would be a godsend.
Don’t have any mods that makes changes to the world other than The Frontier yet the I can’t activate the quest for the medic tent. The NPC tells me to look at the old Mormon fort but no marker is there and when I look around the fort I can’t find anything. I have the patch installed but nothing changes. Pretty sure the medic tent itself is just broken.
For your next play through: When you enter the fort, with the gate behind you, on the left side about mid, there is a bunch of big crates. Next to them is a small chest (metal i think) with the blueprint.
I'm having the same problem but I've used this mod for years and never had this issue. I wonder if a recent update to xNVSE or something has caused this
I had to reinstall a few things here and there. The main mod... Unofficial addons like Wasteland Defense Fixes, and Wasteland Defense Expanded. Wasn't that hard, but the time it took to spawn every plan I lost using the console was LONG, but worth it. It's fun and a good way to farm caps.
If you want to know how, I used the commands search " " player.additem (blahblahblah, usually something that looks like 800A23C) - refer to the search command, which is what you use to find the name and ID of the plan...
