Description: basicly this adds another leveled item list to the NCR cache container. the leveled item lsits has in it i believe all the NCR faction armors, including teh ranger civilian armor you ocasionaly see rangers in.

next, the items, of cource, you recieve are based on your level so if you lvl 11 you have a chance to get some trooper armor or civilian ranger armor.

next, if your slight higher level you will get better repaired armor, if your 5 you get trooper armor with 30% repair for instance where 10 = 75%, this is true for all exept the civilian ranger armors which do not have DT.

next, i gave teh civilian ranger armors, which do not have DT, some good attribute bonuses and a few other effects to make them worth it.

i made this mod as a legit way to get ranger armor at the right level, instead of simply dropping a set infront of you.

NOTE: if you only get an armor inside the supply cache tell me, because when i tested it thats what happened to me, need to know if it jsut wasn't a roll of teh dice.

Installation: if you really don't know, there's a readme inside the .rar folder, if you don't know how to open a rar file, i'm sorry.

Plans: make more versions of civilian ranger armor to be more balanced, and add more NCR armor in general with bonuses, diffrent DT, all with unique names and appearing jsut as random as any other armor of its level.

If you have some neet meshes for NCR armors wether trooper or Ranger i would love it if you let me use them.

v100 - the GECK has an error where the leveled item lsit won't stay as the one i set it sometimes, so i added the generic leveled items list instead, i should have double checked before i released it.

v101 - accualy has the armor list inside.
