Description:
===============

Adds an NCR NPC who specializes in making fresh ammunition for NCR troops, but who often has some excess to sell - as well as willing to take "special orders" from the player to make different hand loads.

This mod is one of a series being developed, and is intended to be used alongside DU-CurrencyExchangeRates (http://www.newvegasnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=37997) - as the NPC added by this mod accepts ONLY NCR script in payment - no caps.

Version 1
Adds "Smitty", and NCR ammo crafter, and a reload bench for him to work at to the main tent in front of the building at Camp Golf. With permission from his superiors he will sell whatever excess ammo he has on hand to the player, but only for NCR script. His stock fluxuates every couple of days, and stocks random ammounts of most basic ammo types.

In addition, you can place a special order with him for any of the "hand load" ammo types. These are expensive, and take a while for him to create (how long it takes is somewhat random - sometimes he's just too busy to get to your order right away), but it does provide a way for players to get at least _some_ hand load ammo without taking the perk.

Version 1.1
- Fixed bug that kept the player from placing a new special order after picking up a previous special order.
- Smitty now pays NCR script for empty cases/hulls. Not enough that the player can make any real money selling cases, but makes for a small additional trickle of income.

Version 2 (planned future release)
Smitty will eventually have at least one or more quests associated with him.
