As of this date, the mod still works. However, it has some problems. Long animations, weird "hurt" sound when lighting up, very fast withdrawal symptoms when addicted, and Doc Mitchell seems to be the only doctor that can cure your addiction. Another mod, "smokable cigarettes" is a tweak of this mod and addresses a lot of the issues described. But hey... this mod "is" playable... That's if you don't mid smokin' a cig every 5 mins once you get addicted.
To anyone else trying to find a doctor to "give them a therapy": Doc Mitchell works. I don't know why Julie F#*%@$s from Mormon Fort can't supply "a therapy" but them's the breaks.
Works! At first, it wouldn't but after exiting out of the game and loading back to the current save, it worked. Only annoying is.. My guy sounds like he just got stabbed or shot every time he lits up a cigarette. I would like to smoke without hearing the guy.
Edited: Another annoying thing I found is the camera. I wanted to see my guy smoking but this mod screwed up the angle. Waiting a few seconds will return the camera to normal but by that time, my character is done smoking his cigarette.
