File credits
Obsidian, Bethesda, ZeniMax, Bink, Gamebryo and Havok are credited with the textures, meshes, sounds and effects. The only thing I did was add projective data and recipes.
Donation Points system

This mod only activates data that was already in the game. I did NOT port ANY images, meshes, sounds or effects from any other game.
With this mod you can create Nuka Quantums and Nuka Grenades exactly how they were in FO3 using the same recipes from FO3. The stats, effects, meshes, textures and sounds are exactly how Bethesda left them in the game before they were all cut. I have also added a handful of Quantums hidden through the wasteland. There is one stash that gives some insight as to why Quantums aren't really available. I also added the chance to get a Quantum in a Nuka-Cola vending machine at 5%.
Quantums remove 100% sleep deprivation, and add twice the AP that Victories do. Check out the screen shot for comparison. This is what the stats were in the game already.
You'll need the Nuka Chemist Perk to make Nuka-Cola Quantum with the old recipe:
Quantum (1) - 10 Nuka-Colas
If you want to get the Quantum Chemist Perk you can make:
Quantum (1) - 3 Nuka Colas and 1 Rocket Souvenir Quantum (1) - 1 Victory and 1 Quartz Quantum Mass Produce (10) - I'm not giving away the secret recipe! Nuka Grenades (3) - 1 Quantum, 3 Tin Cans, 1 Abroxo Cleaner, 1 Turpentine Mini Nuke (1) - 2 Quantums, 2 Abroxo Cleaners, 1 Turpentine, 1 Paper Weight (needed for Fusion), 1 High Explosive Missile (dispersive, 1 pressure cooker (shell) Mississippi Quantum Pie (2) - 1 flour, 1 Quantum, 1 Vodka
That's right you get THREE grenades just like a fully upgraded schematic from FO3.
In hardcore mode Quantums are great for sleep deprivation but be careful, you can get addicted and with out the Quantum Chemist perk you'll run out real fast.
There are other mods out there that do basically the same as this one only more. I tried to make this mod feel like it was never left out and I didn't change the stats at all so this is as Vanilla as it gets for Quantums and NukaNades. I was going for balance unmodified.
For just the recipes with the Nuka Chemist perk use the old version. The new version adds the Quantum Chemist Perk few new recipes and Quantums to the wasteland.
This file no longer requires the Classic Pack PO, I fixed that little problem on Ver 1.2
