I love this mesh because it is so outlandish but it loses something when every female in the game will put your eye out.

BOG for pale breast
Textures under optional files for tan
Install your choice of texture at this location

HOWEVER, be advised if you install it as is, the entire wasteland will populated with large breasted women.
I would recommend installing only the 2PAC4EVA7 files along with the .esp. This will contain a small selection of clothing to Chet's store in Goodsprings. It is possible to install all of the clothing in that mod but the install must be done in a manner that is beyond the scope of this mod.
