Removes most lighting effects to increase FPS (mainly indoors). Pipboy light now works! this mod also makes the pipboy light more useful

Extract archive contents to your 'Data' folder in your Fallout:New vegas
installation directory.
-Features
I removed most lighting effects from the game. The game will be darker
but it will also be more fun that way in my opinion. It will let you play
with very playable FPS. Enjoy!
