In particular:
- Adds the Sturdy Caravan Shotgun to the "Shotgun Surgeon" perk
- Adds the Sturdy Caravan Shotgun and the Big Boomer to the "I've Got a Shotgun" challenge
- Adds the That Gun to the "Cowboy" perk
- Adds the That Gun, 10mm Pistol, and 10mm SMG to the "The Professional" perk
