This will add a new perk called 'Silent But Deadly' available at level 5.An undetected player has an option available to knock out a NPC/creature.

Installation. -------------- Unpak the archive and place the .esp and texture folder in the data directory and activate in launcher or through mod manager.
Use ---
Acquire the perk at lvl 5 or later. (or addperk xx000add) This perk will allow the player to knock out someone if they can remain crouched and undetected. Then activate the enemy( 'e' key by default) and a new option will appear to Knock Out the NPC/creature. This will be considered a crime against that person and others will react accordingly.
Uninstallation - ---------------- uncheck the esp from launcher and delete it.
Known bugs - --------------- None currently aware of.
