I wanted to change the Monocyte Breeder perk to limit it in someway for those people who like to play in hardcore mode, yet still make it somewhat worthwhile shelling out those 12000 caps.
Now, instead of getting 1hp every 10 seconds for the rest of the game like before, you can choose between getting 5HP per second for 1 minute OR 1hp per second for 5 minutes, right after you gulp down a tasty bloodpack.
This makes those useless (but rare) bloodpacks quite usefull, hurrah! and of course you can edit these values yourself quite easily in FNVEdit if you want to change either the HP gained or duration.
btw- This mod works in both hardcore and normal mode.
