Fixing dead sound for weapons (as Flamer, Minigun, Gatlinglaser, Incinerators etc.).
This weapons in master file should use "sound loop" function for sound play, but that function dont work (how I think). This fix is playing a little-modified original sounds using other methods (without "sound loop" function).
