Adds the assault rifle and chinese assault rifle to new vegas

now before you go all "oh its illegal to port from fo3 to new vegas" let me tell you that i know that, i have read the rules, the g3assaultrifle.nif and assaultrifle.nif (the models for the assault rifle and chinese assault rifle) are in the new vegas mesh bsa files along with textures and firing sounds for the g3 assault rifle, if you have extrected the bsa files you probably have noticed this.
well now this adds those 2 rifles into new vegas both using iron sights after i tweaked the models a bit, they can be found in loyal's house in nellis, aurelius of phoenix's office and both can be found in camp searchlight's church basement, i put them in containers around the wasteland because i have no idea how to make random npc's and guards use them also putting them all around the wasteland in no containers would take forever.
so yeah, enjoy.
