This is based on the Unplayable PA in the GECK. I have not changed any textures. It looks just like a T-45. I have modified the the stats. It is now a Light PA.
DT: 52
Weight: 12
Health: 5000
Value: 5100
I have set it so you can repair it with everything. So yea, it is over powered and under weight.
Currently there is no helmet, just use whatever strikes your fancy or just grab a T-45 PA helmet and your off to the races!
Currently the only way to get it in game is by console. Open console and type in:
xx000add
The xx is where you have it loaded. So for me it would be 05000add.
