I was tired of the "Giant Mansion" player homes, so I instead opted for the smallest player home imaginable...a well!

-Thanks to the help from Bond123 I have fixed the navmesh issue and companions will now correctly follow you out of the well!

If anyone knows how to fix the following issues, PLEASE let me know in the comments or send me a message!
!!Possible issue--All containers in the house have the owner set to 'Player' right before uploading this file I noticed there is also a 'playerfemale' if female players do not own the containers please let me know!
Enemies can follow you into the well, I want to fix this, but i'm not sure how without also restricting companions from entering.
