Summary: - Food less viable in combat, but quality food is good for topping off your health after a battle. - Stimpaks and super stimpaks more expensive, less intense healing. - Stimpaks act as if hardcore mode was on, even on normal mode. - Healing powder now scales with survival skill, making it a good alternative to top off health between fights.
Details: - Hardcore tags removed from stimpaks and super stimpaks. They will now both heal over time. - Stimpak and super stimpak heals for slightly more, but slightly slower. - Prices on stimpacks and superstimpaks increased to 125 caps for a stimpak, 275 for a super stimpak. It's expensive to chain cast them, judgement call in combat if you need to or not. - Stimpaks return an empty syringe on use.
- Healing powder heals for more, but very slowly - Healing powder perception penalty is removed at 45+ survival skill - Healing powder now last longer for each 10 point of survival from 50 and up.
- All foods now only heal for 1 per second, duration extended so it will still heal for the same amount... eventually.
- Hydra has half the chance to get you addicted but now only restore your limbs by 60%
I reccommend my crafting addon RiaAmmo which among others, allow you to craft stimpaks and more options for making hydra.
