[Project MKULTRA, or MK-ULTRA, was the code name for a covert, illegal CIA human research program, run by the Office of Scientific Intelligence. This official U.S. government program began in the early 1950s, continuing at least through the late 1960s, and it used U.S. and Canadian citizens as its test subjects.
The published evidence indicates that Project MKULTRA involved the use of many methodologies to manipulate individual mental states and alter brain function, including the surreptitious administration of drugs and other chemicals, sensory deprivation, isolation, and verbal and sexual abuse.
Early CIA efforts focused on LSD, which later came to dominate many of MKULTRA's programs.]

This drug will mess you up! And it has serious draw backs when you land afterward. Use with caution!
The cellar door is behind a destroyed house next to the school in Goodsprings and it's locked. Since nobody has been able to breach the lock, the place is still intact.
But since cia long since stoped paying their electricity bill... well bring a flashlight :)

Min.Requirements: Fallout New Vegas and a computer
Rec.Requirements: Fallout New Vegas, a computer, some form of a monitor, keyboard, maybe even a mouse, a cup of hard liquor, cheetos, a Cheech & Chong movie and a chair
Installation:
Dump the esp in your fallout/data folder.
Dump the meshes/wolbryne folder in your meshes folder.
Dump the textures/wolbryne folder in your textures folder.
or
Simply just merge the data folder with your fallout/data folder.
