Adds more meds and drugs to wasteland.
You can bye it from vendors, find in first aid kits, and make using campfire.
Essential stuff you can bye from all vendors, but the most interesting things sell pushers (Dixon in Freeside and Jack in Redrock - drugs), Julie Farkas and Dr. Usanagi in Vegas (strong meds). Vendors dont have all meds always, so you have to visit them from time to time to find anything interesting. For balance, strong medicine are rare, expensive, need more skills or unique recipes (you will have to find them) to make.
