When in menu mode (dialogue, looting, pipboy, gambling, etc.) time will pass in realtime (as opposed to being frozen).
If like me you spend alot of time talking to NPCs, hacking terminals, looting stuff, playing cards or gambling at the casinos, then this mod should make that all the more apparent. ("Wasn't it daytime when we entered the casino? And why am I starving?")
