About this mod

Fixes S.P.E.C.I.A.L. stats to works as per in-game description. Namely strength, agility and perception.

Permissions and credits
I didn't see this mod around so I did it. When I played the vanilla game I started a character and choose stats based on in-game descriptions. I choose for example high perception and agility, thinking they will both increase my run speed and accuracy, but after I found out I was wrong. They didn't modify those things at all, also if written, and differently from Fallout and Fallout 2. I also discovered that Strength didn't alter *directly* melee/unarmed weapons damage, it just increased the skills, but this, again, is not how it worked and how it should work.

Stats corrections:
------------------------------------------------------

- Strength governs damage with all melee/unarmed weapons and throwing range/speed of all throwing weapons.
- Perception governs gun spread for guns/energy weapons and hit chance inside VATS for all weapons.
- Agility governs movement speed (run/walk speed) of the character and attack speed with all weapons.

All stats scores above 5 will exponentially increase those bonuses, stats scores lower than 5 will, in the same way, but reversed, exponentially decrease the same.

Version Changes:

1.07: Resolved bug on movement speed variations that in some rare cases would not be perfectly compatible with other abilities/perks applying the same effects. This could happen when an effect increasing/decreasing movement speed was applied and after an agility change deleted the effect.
1.06: Resolved bug of the last version (1.05) where users already having the mod installed on a saved game didn't get the updated movement speed and instead removed all bonuses. Sorry for the trouble but I didn't know that a perk gets not updated if already given after a save.
1.05: Made Agility to govern all movement speed (not only run speed) as it should. Also now the speed get updated instantly instead of after holstering/drawing a weapon or taking damage to a limb.
1.04: Strength should also govern throwing range/speed, corrected now. Made optional version with updated description for stats.
1.03: Ok, so after a little research I discovered that Agility should increase attack speed on every type of attack, so now it does.
1.02: Added slight swing speed governing (for melee/unarmed) to Agility.
1.01a: For test purposes I removed the hidden status of some things. Corrected now, Excuse me for the error.
1.01: Added To Hit Chance (another accuracy variable, but for VATS) to Perception. Rebalanced a bit Strength bonuses. Removed little bug in a script.
