Fix for the constant freezes encountered in the bathroom of the Ultra-Luxe. All this file does is lower the water level in the bath to prevent the NPCs from swimming. I\'m not sure why this was causing the game to freeze, but it appears to have solved the problem.

This fix worked for me, I've uploaded it in the hopes it helps others too, so be sure to comment if it does.
