A modified Ratslayer that shoots a laser versus bullets.
I've always felt this game needed a laser sniper rifle, and the laser rifle with a scope just didnt cut it for me.
I've upped the damage slightly, and lowered the vats ap point use per shot.
I've included 2 versions of the gun, one that regens its ammo and the other uses E cells.
Also tossed in for fun is a plasma defender that regens with 50 ammo max, no other moded stats on it though.
All the guns are located in the Goodsprings gas station in a box on the right lower shelf when you enter.
This is my first mod, hope you like it.
Shouldn't but might require FOMM, assuming you dont already have it you can get it here
