Thanks for this mod, I found the correct way to play Fallout New Vegas, with all your points dumped into 1 stat to create 7 unholy abominations. All points in Luck was the most easy over powered build, and all charisma is an absolute nightmare.
Mod author clearly states there are no plans to upload a version without the rebalance... there's an MCM version available that you can toggle features in, or you can go into xedit.
the TGM glitch apparently extends to the TDM command, and unfortunately i bugged my character out and now cant die. is there a fix or way to reset the health values? i didnt notice how high my health was until hours later due to playing a stealth character.
Does this mod come with an MCM menu? I could have sworn it did, although I may either be thinking of a different mod or have been huffing jet when I thought it did. If anyone does know, lemme know so I know if I'm right in being frustrated by not being able to get the menu to show up.
EDIT: Alright, it was a different mod I was thinking of, someone went later and made a version of this that included a menu.
for some reason my sneak skill is going up up up i have over 3000 now!!! i really hope to fix this using setav but no matter what i do it just reset to original value whenever i sneak
What mod would I need? It says DarnUI but it's not working for me. I have a save for when I get enough to raise Unarmed above 100, but it doesn't work.

If you want more dl's then release a "Lite" version that just does the special and skill limit removers, non if these tweaks or crippling xp penalties for smart characters.
Does not seams to work, without the mod with barter on 100 when i try to sell the gold bars from Dead Money is 9K when i install this mod and increase the barter no 130 and go back to Gun Runners is still 9k
So, I don't know if this mod is working or not. Forgive my ignorance, but I am new to modding Fallout: New Vegas. Long time player, the term "dog meat" takes me back quite a ways I love this game, I love it so much I want to play it more than Skyrim. Hell, I've played it so much I feel like I have to MOD it just to make it harder for me to play! I just can't shake the fact that I did something erroneous in my attempts to install this mod. I only installed the darnui mod, the mod configuration menu, then unified HUD project, and One Mod to finish, then installed this one (xtra special) and boom, errors ensue. Granted i am not a very high level and have yet to see a stats go past 10 but I do have an item in my inventory worth .3 credits that says error so I am hoping that this is a bug? I don't know but i do not have a menu option for this particular mod so I was hoping someone could help =) Thanks in advance, I'd love to troubleshoot further
