This is a unfinished(alpha) version of the Undercityproject.
The city will more and more expand with every update.
It would be a real city over 4 floors withs shops, appartments, bars, and so on, all things you have in a real city.

You find the city near Vault 11 or 188Tradingspot, if you dont like to walk, use the mapmarker.

Now the city include 2 floors to go in.
First floor:
-traders for weapons, ammo, armors, books, medical
-trader for appartments/storagerooms (appartments coming soon)
-smuggler
-barkeeper
-some settlers
-security
and some more

Second floor:
very unfinished
Actually you can go in but can not do a lot.
There are some smugglers, dealer, 1 trader and many closed rooms.



This is my first mod and i spend every minute to work on this mod. I hope you enjoy the actually result.
Ideas are welcome and i try to carry out it.

Update v1.1.0:

-now you can be a "shopowner"
if you buy the ownership by appartmenttrader you can earn money! (thx to Aragron for the script)
-more npcs (settlers, childs, workers)
-light, navmashs, benches and more in second floor
-Appartmentdoor numeration

Update(fix) v1.1.1:

-set ownership on items, containers
-translate some stuff from german to english
-locked merchant containers
-fix some npc aipackages
-low prices for shopownership to test it
