This is an outfit originally made by request for Nexus user mellards for Fallout 3.
It consists of:

V1 - Leather armor top and belt, and the jeans and boots from Cass's outfit, all fitted to

the Type3 CALI(narrowed shoulder) body.

V2 - Same as above, with no sleeves.

V3 - Same as above, bare midriff

For New Vegas, there are now also male versions of all of the above. Jeans are a retex of the NCR Civilian outfit.

Additionally, there a Mark II version, which is the top of the NCR Ranger armor.


Female version made to fit Type3 CALI, but it is compatible with any Type3 compatible body replacer.
Male version made to fit Breeze, but is compatible with any Breeze compatible body replacer.

Go to Bonnie Springs and take the armor from their owners.
If you have never been there, they will be hanging out with their Viper buddies. If you have, they are probably cazador chow by now. Maybe not though. They have some decent weapons and are level 16...

Requirements:
New Vegas
Any type3 body
Any Breeze body
Some form of archive invalidation

Installation:
Extract to Fallout New Veagas\Data, overwrite when asked.
Uninstallation:
Delete files contained in this archive

Known issues: none known, but the NV version has not been thoroughly tested. Please post problems in the comments.

In the meantime you can look at the fo3 mod if you want to see what it looks like. It's not quite the same but you get the idea.
