Overhauled placement of in world drinks. Placement is now handled via script on all cells. This makes the system compatible with all mods, as well as preparation for full compatibility with A Tale of Two Wastelands.
Updated the effects on all drinks, changed and values of some.
Added pristine machines in all three open Strip casinos where you can purchase Nuka-Coal. For a price of course.

Re-did the method by which the bar taps are activated.
Messages now only appear when you have empty bottles. Sunset Sarsaparilla or Nuka-Cola.

New Challenge thanks to stx06. The new challenge gives you a perk based on drinking Nuka-Cola (and all of its variants).

Fixed the problem that people were having not being able to use the Special Edition Nuka-Cola Fridges. They are now fully accessible and will convert all Nuka-Colas into Ice Cold versions

Updated item weights to be in line with RWO - Realistic Weight Overhaul. This update does not require RWO, but will allow this mod to fit in better with RWO's changes. As well as making the highly powerful Colas a bit more costly to carry.
