Simple - allows you to fast travel from any location.
I put this together as a quick fix after getting stuck on a pile of rubble in a building, didn't want to toggle clipping to get out so it wouldn't mess up achievements. Also useful for convenience, avoiding bugs etc. As it is, it simply makes fast travel available in all interiors, so if there are any areas fast traveling SHOULDN'T be allowed - where using it would screw around quests or anything else - let me know and I'll do some fine tuning.
Installation - drop the .esp in your data folder and activate. Works best placed low in the load order, since other mods that change interiors can potentially override it. Only changes vanilla locations.
