NCR Private Starting Kit 2.2

The NCR Private Starting Kit add four NCR gear pieces for the player:

- NCR Private Armor (NonFaction)
+3 Guns, +3 Explosives +5 Lbs Carry Weight

- NCR Private Helmet
+2 Guns, +2 Explosives, +1 Perception

- NCR Survivalist Outfit
+5 Survival

The NCR Private Armor, NCR Private Helmet & NCR Survivalist Outfit can be found behind Chet's Goodsprings General Store in a military crate named "Unclaimed Private Kit Delivery" . It also contain other basic item.

* Reduced amount of food & removed basic glasses.
* Changed helmet meshes back to the trooper helmet.
* Put the 2 crate at the same place, no more karma lost for the NCR Special Delivery crate.

* Added a NCR "Special" Delivery somewhere.

* Added a NonFaction variant of the NCR Trooper Armor.
* Added stats to all the gear pieces.
* Added a Beret, NCR Casual Outfit, NCR Money (500 caps worth) & Added 3 frag.
* Removed the Dirty Water and added Purified one instead.
* Moved the crate behind the Goodsprings General Store.

Install:
-------------

1. Extract the files from the archive.
2. Copy files to (install folder)\Fallout New Vegas\Data\
3. Start Fallout New Vegas Launcher, click 'Data Files', place a checkmark beside the NCR Private Starting Kit.esp file.


Un-Install:
-----------

1. Start Fallout New Vegas Launcher, click Data Files, uncheck the NCR Private Kit NonFaction.esp file.
2. Delete the NCR Private Starting Kit.esp file.


Compatibility:
--------------

There shouldn't be any compatibility issue unless you are using a mod that use the placement of my container.
