Adds a lesser version of the "blade of the east" to the Strip. It can be found leaning against the NCR embassy.
I felt that it was weak that the only giant sword you get in the game was the bumper sword, and you couldn't get anything better. This adds a more powerful sword, but still weak compared to the Legate's sword, to the game. It doesn't have that special power either that the Legate's sword has.
Lore reasons, the NCR tried replicating the sword, finding out that it was pathetic in comparison, just left it lying around.
