About this mod
This simple mod restores the Child at Heart Perk to a useable condition, allowing it to be used in game; and there are a few premade uses for it in the game already.

Overview

Oddly enough, the perk Child at Heart exists in the game code for New Vegas, but is disabled. Even more odd is
that there are even text and dialog options for it, yet it is disabled. In fact there are as many options for
using Child at Heart as there are for Cherchez la Femme. Granted, that's not many, but there's no good reason
for this perk to not be available, it would seem.
This mod reinstitutes the original perk with the only requirement of being level 4, as it was initially coded
in the GECK, for any player who wishes to try it out. Furthermore, this allows further modders or writers to
incorporate this perk into any mods that alter or add new questlines.

Installation

Simply extract the file into your Fallout New Vegas data folder, most typically located at:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout new vegas\Data
After placing it in the correct folder, ensure it's modified time is later than that of the core FalloutNV.esm
file. This should work by default, but otherwise I recommend using a mod like the New Vegas Mod Manager, get it
here (http://www.newvegasnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=35726).
Then simply use the game launcher's data files window, or NVMM's main interface, to check the box next to the
ChildAtHeartPerk.esp
Then simply launch the game and you are in business.

Uninstallation

Simply remove the esp from your data directory. No permanent damage should occur to any save used with this mod.
