This is a Character Generator spreadsheet in Excel format. It is designed to help you design your character progression and ensure you have the SPECIAL and skill points you need to get the perks that you want. Please note that this spreadsheet does not check to see if you will meet the requirements of the Perks chosen at each level, it only checks to make sure you would qualify with your final level 50 stats.
In addition to tracking your base character build and perk progression, the spreadsheet also helps you track Books that you plan to read, plan out implants you will purchase at the Medical Clinic, factor in other permanent SPECIAL bonuses from OWB and Lonesome Road, and will account for when you will pick up the Intelligence implant & the Educated perk properly.
As with the prior versions, if you're the kind of person who would min-max their character using a spreadsheet, you're also the kind of person who will not use Books until you also take Comprehension. :)
Updated in July 2020 because I felt the urge to revisit this classic game, and couldn't help myself from editing the sheet for my own use. My compulsion is your gain!
