BLT replaces many loading tips with more specific, more helpful New Vegas references. Text mentioning
Fallout3 items and skills was removed and replaced with New Vegas lore and gameplay. New Vegas perks
take a much higher priority than old Fallout3 perks, especially the less useful Fallout3 perks.

To install, just copy it to Data and activate it like any other mod.
