Removes the hat/hood/beret from Cass/Veronica/Boone.
Had to make this little adjustment, because I *really* hate the fact that even late in game, Veronica is running around wearing Power Armor and.. that ugly Oasis Hood. Same for Cass.. With Boone, I'm not sure, he DOES need a hat or something to hide his baldness, but.. whatever..
You have to enter their Inventory and exit it for the change to make an effect. Also, Boone doesn't actually have Ranger Patrol Armor by default, I just forgot to take it off him when making the SS.
