Adds new poisons to the game as well as the ability to create poisoned darts. New Poisons include tranquilizer and crippling. Aimed to increase the usefulness of .22LR guns, which I feel are worthless by default.

-Decreased change of "statue effect" (See Bugs)
-Fixed bug that caused NPCs to wake up and fall back down if tranq was reapplied.
-Fixed bug that prevented NPCs from waking up after attacked.
-Increased speed at which NPCs wake up after being attacked.
-Decreased Dart skill requirement from 75 to 50 Repair.
-Decreased Tranquilizer Poison skill requirement from 90 to 60 Survival
-Altered NPC reaction to darts when player is Hidden, made more balanced therefore...
-Modified Tranq poison recipe to use 2 steady instead of 3
-Fixed bug in Reuse Needles.esp that caused NPCs to freeze if they use those meds.
-Made it so looting Paralized NPCs marked as "evil" is no longer a crime in Loot the Paralyzed.esp
-Removed a possible mod conflict in Loot the paralyzed.esp, should be 100% compatiable will any mod now.

At this point in time, the new poisons and darts are only obtained via crafting. I'll be releasing an update that adds them to leveld lists and vendors sometime

Notes:
-The effect is removed if the victim is attacked while tranquilized.
-Robots Immune.
-If you reapply tranquilizer to a victim that is already tranquilized, the duration is reset to 30 sec.
-When a victim wakes, they will come looking for you and not be too happy about it. However, they are not psychic, so if you remain hidden, they just may give up.
-If you tranqulize a single victim in a group while you are hidden, the others may run in horror or stand around. Once the victim wakes, they will all become
hostile to you IF you are found by the original victim.

I've also made a couple of small mods to compliment Poisoned Darts. They will work with or without Poisoned Darts.
*Loot the Paralyzed.esp* Updated for v1.10
Allows you to loot bodies that are Paralyzed. Since they are not awake to care, you can take the clothes right
off their back. Its considered a crime to do this on a (non-evil) NPC, so be careful if others are present. To loot a
unconscious body, activate the actor while sneaking, then select "Loot."
-Incompatibilities: None.
*Reuse Needles.esp* Updated in v1.10
When using certain Chems, the user can retrieve Empty Syringes. Chems include: Stimpak, Super Stimpak, Med-X,
Psycho and Slasher. This only affects the player. NPCs will not gain Empty Syringes due to a bug that was causing them to freeze.
-Incompatibilities: Any mod that alters any of the chems mentioned in any way.
Permissions: The optional .esp's took more time to test than to make, so I really don't care about permissions or credit
should you want to include these in your own mods.
Upgrade
=======
v1.00 to v1.01
-No Clean Save Required, simply replace the .esp
-If you are using either of the optional files, replace those .esp's too as they have been updated.
Install
=======
1. Extract the files to (install folder) Fallout New Vegas\Data
2. Start Fallout New Vegas Launcher, click 'Data Files', place a checkmark beside Poisoned Darts.esp
3. Enjoy

1. Delete the files/folders associated with the mod:

Data\Meshes\FEE\Weapons\SyringeProj.nif
Data\Loot the Unconscious.esp (optional file)

Incompatibility
===============
None.
Known Issues or Bugs
====================
*When you apply tranquilizer to a npc that is performing certain animations, they will either freeze up like a statue and fall over or they will "fall apart."
So far, I've seen it happen on reload and weapon jam animations only. Functionally, this does not altar gameplay, it just looks funky.
