About this mod
So you thought you could go out and buy stimpaks for 35 caps? Wrong, the prices have just gone up the roof.

Before everyone is like "OMG that's so wrong" - i did this for someone asking for such a mod. This raises all BUY prices by factor 10! This means instead of 35 caps you pay 350 caps for a stimpak. When selling items or trading this does NOT apply - for a reason. Making it MUCH harder. Again - someone asked for it and if you find this stupid then this simply ain't a mod for you.
Go to Earl Warren, you will find him in Doc Mitch's house near the couch. If you talk to him you will get the "Expensive wasteland" perk which simply raises all BUY prices for the player by factor 10.
