----------
During the Wheel of Fortune quest in Camp Searchlight you will collect a number of NCR-related items, including NCR Radio Parts and NCR Computer Parts. After the quest is finished (depending on how you finish it) you can take all of your found items from Logan. Unfortunately the NCR Radio Parts and NCR Computer Parts you take from him are marked as Quest Items, meaning that you cannot drop them or place them in a container.
This fix makes these items non-quest items, allowing you to drop them or store them in a container.
