This mod changes the effect of Fixer, making it suppress addictions temporarily instead of removing them permanently. It is probably what Fixer was supposed to do, according to its description.
Technically it works by adding a countereffect for every unsatiated addiction you have. Say, if an addiction gives -1 to END, Fixer adds +1 to END and so on.
