About this mod

A two level Mini-Vault inside a Water Tower

Permissions and credits
This is similar to my Springvale Tower for FO3 but it is a rebuild with the NV GECK.

You enter through a hatch on the top, this can be reached by a ladder or by the Map Marker on top when you find it.
It is not hard to find, in fact just like the FO3 one its the first Water Tower you see when you start the game.

Water Tower Mini-Vault

Water Tower Mini-Vault V5 Special Edition

V5 Special Edition and an extra .esp called Under Tower Storage.

As requested by KalrocVN I have added a key to get in, it is very easy to find, close by and you need a shovel.
Comments about clutter and maybe a bit to much usable stuff for a starter home seemed fair to me. So I have reduced
the amount of 'stuff' but there is still enough to give a little helping hand. Well maybe 'little' is not quite the right word, as you still have all the benches,
infirmary (which now looks a bit different), lab and usable oven.

I still want that clutterd look, or well used if you prefer (I prefer that description) in my opinion it a prospector's
home and thats how it looks to me (I think). Maybe Feng Shui will get upgraded for NV, perhaps it already is? If or
when it does it will allow players to easily move a lot of the 'clutter' around. I really hope Huge Pinball does do it for NV.

Companion Idles have been commented on which I had also noticed myself, so I turned the chairs to face the desk and table, this is so that Companions eating
Idles will not look so dumb. SomBiE had also suggested some naming changes and a cleared desk for similar reasons. Modified the NavMesh to suit these changes, to be honest for me it feels a bit empty now but at the same time it does look better. Don't forget you can just pick up and place your own stuff lying around with the grab function.

I HAVE TESTED UPGRADING FOR V4 and V5, IF YOU ARE UPGRADING OR CHANGING FROM ANY VERSION YOU WILL NEED TO EMPTY THE
CONTAINERS AS THEY WILL BE RESET TO DEFAULT. MAKE A SAVE WITH ALL YOUR STUFF OUT OF THE TOWER, I HAVE ADDED AN EXTRA
SMALL MOD IN THE PACKAGE WITH STORAGE CONTAINERS UNDER THE TOWER. YOU CAN LEAVE THAT SMALL MOD RUNNING ALL THE TIME
FOR YOUR STORED STUFF WHEN UPGRADING OR CHANGING ANY MOD NOT JUST THE WATER TOWER. OBVIOUSLLY YOU CAN NOT STORE AND
KEEP ANY NON VANILLA CUSTOM ITEMS IF YOU ARE TURNING THOSE CUSTOM MOD's OFF. I HOPE THAT LAST BIT MADE SENSE?

Well this Mod has had a lot of additions, changes and tweaks and I believe it is now finished,

My thanks for the many comments and suggestions, plus I will admit the praise has been rather nice as well He He.

I'm know working on another project, not a House Mod this time so I'm trying to teach myself some new stuff, Scripts.
Yuk you either Love Them or Hate Them, right now I Hate them He He.

Optional Update V4a: See the comments from LukieBoy and hideouscircus, I have added those idea's as an optional for them and others to try.
The Water Valve is up on top to keep within the Lore of the Sunny Quest. The table and chair gives a TenPenny Tower Top Balcony feel if you know FO3 and try this version you should see what I mean.

Version Update: V4 Final Update as I really would like to play more NV.

V4: Added custom radio inside and external antenna as per feedback from WCZ over at FOOK, changed some
naming as per Instance also at FOOK. Minor visual and clutter changes just to finaly tidy it all up.

The Unusual 'Radio' has two channels working out of a possible five, well they are over 200 years old!
Which may explain why you can have these two stations on at the same time? Nah the 'Radio' is a mixture
of bits and pieces thrown together thats why, but at least it looks a little different. A bit quiet maybe?

V3a: Added the campfire crafting script to the oven as suggested by Jasmiyne, this only changes the oven
inside the Tower because I have custom named it. This will not effect any other oven mods and at the same
time they should not clash with what I have done.

My thanks to JustinOther at FOOK for pointing out to me that I could add the script to the oven.

V3: Added Infirmary and Lab, changed some container types, added more clutter and removed some I didn't like.
Moved or removed items that fell through the Reloading bench and Infirmary trolley when picking other items up.
I know the FOOK team cured similar problems in a number of areas of FOOK2 but I do not know how they did it.

V2: Added the reloading bench to the top floor, decided that it felt right in FalloutNV, withdrew V1 as V2 is better
Also removed the Hatch I had left hanging in mid air when making changes on the original build, my thanks to tw34kfr34k
for reporting that, Oops He He

V1: Original release, which I now feel I released to quickly.

Description:

I have already done similar Tower Mod's for Fallout, as soon as I saw that Water Tower right at the beginning of NV
I knew I was going to have to do a NV version.

This is not a God House, no fish tanks, no mass of weapons and ammo, its just a good player home as in Fallout 3.

It is a Mini Vault Type Mod, two levels with plenty of storage containers, some named for Guns and Armour.
Top Level includes a Workbench, Re-Loading Bench, Radio and Lab, plus most of the storage and of course clutter.

Lower Level has a Bed, Campfire/Oven and Infirmary plus a well lived in feel the same as the Top level has.

Lore/History, taken from FO3 version, and added to for NV.

Vault-Tec had offered to replace the rotting Springvale Tower as a sort of thank you for all the inconvenience of
construction up at Vault 101. The Vault-Tec man in charge of getting the new tank had it modified by the manufacturer,
he supplied "borrowed" Vault-Tec parts and equipment and had a mini-vault built inside it. He thought he had
convinced the manufacturer that it was a secret prototype for potential use all over America.

In fact the manufacturer was not as daft as the Vault-Tec Manager thought, they themselves 'secretly' made extra Towers
that where spread around the Wastelands. Now it seems that someone out Vegas way had enough money to get one shipped out
and installed there?

Installation: Unzip into your FalloutNV Data Folder, select the Water Tower V4.esp in your Data File or with NVMM,
or you can unzip into a folder of your choice then copy/paste into NV Data.

Uninstall: untick in your Data Files or in NVMM, this mod adds no extra files so no permanent changes are made.
