About this mod
In the wastes there is an abandoned BoS bunker. In the retail version of the game this was freely accessible and held one of the collectibles. The 1.1 patch applied an unpickable lock to the bunker\'s entrance without associating a key with it. This mod unlocks this bunker making the collectible available again.

What this does
For those who do not own Dead Money, this unlocks the abandoned Brotherhood Bunker that Elijah was using before he left the Mojave. It does not allow access into Dead Money without the DLC, but the bunker contains a skill book, which is unavailable for those who didn't want to shell out more cash.
This isn't strictly a bug fix, as the game is working as intended, but, this will allow you to explore the bunker.
Install
Drop the .esp file in your New VegasData folder. The full path will look something like this C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\fallout new vegas\Data\. Activate the mod in the launcher, and on launching a game the door should be unlocked.
Uninstall
Just uncheck the .esp file from the launcher, and relaunch the game, you'll receive a warning that content may be missing, but in this case the "missing content" should only be the removed lock.
If you want you can delete the .esp from your data dir, but that isn't strictly necessary to uninstall it from the game.
