The recipe for Mushroom Cloud calls for two Piles of Nightstalker Eggs; however, this item is a quest item, and only appears once in the entire game. Based on the recipe's code it's clear it was supposed to use the normal, commonly found Nightstalker Egg instead.
Using this fix with change the recipe for Mushroom Cloud to as follows:
1 Gum Drops
1 Sugar Bombs
2 Nightstalker Egg
A simple fix for a tiny oversight in the game.
