Turn Arcade into an psychotic 7\' tall serial chainsaw killer

Updated, version 2 with red jumpsuit, hockey mask. Chainsaw upgraded damage and slightly longer range.
His mod is for those evil people out there who like watch people getting saw to pieces and have a laugh.
-He's now about 7' tall
-has 610 hp
-added perks to increase his DT and DR to compensate the lack of armor (he is wearing a white jump suit by default)
-He's now specialized in melee with melee and unarm skill of 100, added perks to further increase his melee damage.
-Changed his default plasma pistol to raul's .44 magnum pistol, his gun skill is 100 now.
-He's now set to "very evil" alignment "very agressive" aggression and "angry" mood.
- Beware, if you fire him and tell him to go back to lucky 38, he might attack and kill your other companions, he also might attack good people once you fire him and set him loose.
-You don't have to have evil karma to hire him.
