Adds recipes to \"paint away\" faction status from Faction armors
- Permissions and credits
adds recipes yo your default workbench list so you car use spraypaint to remove factionscript.
no actual new textures though. planing on making some new textures but if anyone would help that'd be great. also i could use some paint can resource, because its cind of silly for 200 y/o paintsprayers still to be working
